Second, accommodations need to be in close proximity of various vacation activities. Third, the base site (lodge, vacation home, or hotel) has to live up to our high expectations of quality and service.

mountain biking, jet skiing, etc) that are only available when it's warmer in
the Spring, Summer, or Fall.
